Job Title: Client Relationship Manager
Salary: On application
Hours: Part Time – 20 Hours per Week
Job Description:
Hilton-Baird is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to work within its experienced team.
The primary responsibilities of the Client Relationship Manager (CRM) are to maintain, nourish and nurture relationships with our clients and liaise with the funders to ensure the facility arranged by Hilton-Baird is running at an optimum level.
The role will also require the CRM to reaffirm the benefits of a facility as necessary whilst highlighting exceptions where the relationship is no longer viable and may require an alternative funding provider / solution.
The role calls for the highest level of quality and professionalism whist interacting with Hilton-Baird’s client base to accurately assist with changing needs.
Experience / Skills Required:
The candidate will be educated to a high standard and would preferably hold business or financial based educational qualifications.
A minimum of two years experience within a client facing role in the Invoice Finance / ABL sector is required. Experience as a Client Manager or Client Executive is preferred.
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner are essential, as is a thorough understanding of products / underwriting criteria and sensitivities in the client / funder relationship within the ABL sector.
Computer literacy to include MS Office and Sales Logix (or a similar CRM system).
The candidate must be able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team. Highly motivated, the candidate should be able to work from home – after the initial training period, which will be office based.

Job Title: Funding Consultant

Hours: Full Time – Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm
Job Description:
Hilton-Baird is looking for a funding consultant to join its growing team.
The primary function of this role is to develop a relationship with businesses of all sizes, identifying their potential funding needs.
Hilton-Baird’s team of funding consultants provide a consultative service. Once an opportunity to assist has been identified, you will work with the dedicated broker to assist in progressing matters, maintaining dialogue with all parties.
The role requires a conscientious approach and calls for a high level of professionalism at all times.
Experience / Skills Required:
The candidate must be educated to GCSE level or above and must be computer literate.
The importance of Hilton-Baird’s client focused approach means that excellent communication skills are a must. Previous experience of working on the telephone is preferred, although full training will be given.
Experience within the business finance sector would be preferred, although not essential if you have experience in a business and customer focused environment.
The candidate must work well both individually and as part of a team. They must be outgoing, self motivated, adaptable and dynamic.

The primary function of the role is to establish the initial contact over the telephone with UK businesses, assisting them in a professional manner.
You will be responsible for introducing our company and highlighting the wide range of funding solutions Hilton-Baird is able to assist with.
Building rapport with businesses is a vital part of the role, in order to obtain the right information about them to ensure their needs are met.
Experience / Skills Required:
The candidate must be educated to GCSE level or above and must be computer literate.
Previous experience of working on the telephone is preferred although full training will be given.
The candidate will be enthusiastic, professional and self motivated.
