Unlike many other commercial debt recovery companies and solicitors, Hilton-Baird doesn’t charge an up-front fee for our collection service that’s payable regardless of the result.
Instead, our success-only policy means we charge in proportion to what we recover, an approach that ensures we’re fully committed to bringing the desired results for our clients, always going that extra mile in order to maximise the recovery.
Our commercial debt recovery costs are based on the age of the debt, with no hidden costs whatsoever:

Furthermore, businesses can instruct our debt recovery team to collect a debt either via email or over the phone – whichever method suits you best.
Hilton-Baird believes that legal action should be a last resort, with personal, persistent and professional mediation much more effective in successful commercial debt recovery. In the event that legal proceedings must be lodged however, we charge on a case-by-case basis that reflects your business’ individual circumstances and requirements.
