Late payment has been one of the toughest challenges the recession has thrown at UK businesses, as customers delay settling invoices to support weakened cash positions.
Hilton-Baird Financial Solutions is conducting a survey, in conjunction with Credit Today magazine, to ascertain the effects of the recession on cash flow and credit management, as well as identifying how collections techniques have adapted to meet the demands of the new climate.
Responses will be treated as strictly confidential and only aggregated findings will be published in Credit Today magazine, as well as the national and business press.
